SUITABLE FOR THE CONDITION OF LONG-TERM LOW-SPEED AND HIGH- TORQUE



Riveted frame, side member bent with 12+12 double-layer high-strength steel plates, and local 4-layer reinforcement. The frame belly height is 500mm, highest in the industry. The material is 610L that has high strength and better fatigue resistance. Computer-aided design and finite element optimization analysis are used.


It features front non-independent suspensions, reliable wheel alignment, and stable and comfortable driving. The front hydro-pneumatic and spring + multi-link suspensions greatly alleviate the impact from uneven road surface, attenuate vibration, and ensure ride comfort and better driving comfort; the middle and rear axles connected with the frame through leaf springs and tie rods can adapt to changes in load and road conditions, and deliver high reliability.


Advanced engine technology, high efficiency and energy saving. The exhaust system has short pipelines, optimized design, and low exhaust back pressure. Integral radiator, high shock resistance and easy maintenance. Imported fan with high speed and low power consumption. The machine has a high thermal load capacity. The three-stage filter of the fuel oil supply system fully protects the engine and the high-pressure common rail injection system.
